With a focus on collaborations, Konstfrämjandet Norrbotten aims to highlight large and small cultural actors, organizations and initiatives already active in the Norrbotten region, thus tracing a map of a rich and diverse cultural landscape. We initiate and collaborate in the production of new artworks and projects, exhibitions and other art events in various ways. Through co-producing as well as creating our own projects we want to make space for a wide variety of artists and creators. We believe that art can contribute to develop our ability to reflect on society, individually and together.
